Xtreme Xperience has been closely monitoring federal and local developments of the COVID-19 outbreak, and as an organization that puts safety first, we have made the decision to postpone our March 20-21 event at Memphis International Raceway.
We apologize for the inconvenience but promise that we are using all of our resources to get you on track with us as soon as possible. If you have a drive scheduled with us on these dates, your experience has been put on hold and you will be receiving an email from us in the coming days regarding your rescheduling options.
We are committed to rescheduling every drive that is postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Our refund policy has not changed; however, we are waiving reschedule fees, knowing that this is an unforeseen circumstance.
We ask that you be patient with us as we work to solidify the details that will enable you to reschedule your drive. Contracts, discussions and planning take time, so please allow for up to two weeks for a communication with your new event date.
